WELL POLISHED HARMONIES AND DEEP CUTS

Sandi and Vincent have decades of musical experience between them. They have been a duo since 2020 and enjoy playing and performing for audiences in a variety of settings from popular venues to private events.
They have carefully honed their craft over the years and produced songs with beautiful arrangements and tight, rich harmonies. They have a repertoire of originals and deep-cut covers reaching back to the sixties.
In 2020, during lock down, from two different homes, they recorded a show called “Social From Home” producing over 70 songs for their You Tube Channel, “Sandiland & Vincent” .

Vincent has been playing guitar and bass for over 50 years. He studied arranging and jazz harmony and writes songs influenced from a variety of artists and musical genres from jazz, to folk, to rock. He plays a 5 string electric bass, fretless bass and a 12 string guitar. He sings lead and harmonies. He loves to play on Sandi’s songs and to collaborate on new songs with his wife and musical partner.
Sandi wrote her first song in high school on a baritone Uke. She hijacked her sister’s 6 string guitar and learned as many chords as she could using Mel Bay’s instructional book. Her dad says that she sang harmony with him when she was three as he sang Perry Como’s “Catch A Falling Star” on a Sunday drive. She has been in bands and duos since she was 19. At age 17 she began recording her songs first on 2 cassette players going from one to another to produce sound on sound loving the ability to grow harmonies and produce a song even though the fidelity was L-O-W! To date she is playing live with her favorite musician, Vincent, in an unstoppable collaborative musical journey.
